First Grade Teacher
Welcome to the Flasher First Grade page. My name is Mrs. Amy Richter. I grew up on a ranch southwest of Mandan, North Dakota with my parents and two brothers. I graduated from Valley City State University with a degree in Elementary Education and minors in Early Childhood Education and Reading. I have taught school for over twenty years and presently teach First Grade. I am married with two children.
